Warranty

The basic warranty of the seller`s equipment is for a period of one year. For a period of one year to the original customer, the seller will supply the spare parts and express costs.

Note: The quick-wear parts don`t share the warranty period. but Every time the machine is shipped, we will put in some free quick-wear parts together with the machine.

Pre-service

• We will according the customer`s requirements to provide the solutions which is include the complete product introduction and specification and the drawing of machines, let customers understand and choose the most appropriate products

• In order to let customers better understand our equipment, we can have video meeting to introduce the machines and run the machines in our workshop. If customers need, we can also introduce the machines by 3D graphics.

Sales service

• Provides full technical support. According to the chosen model, assists customers to have an optimized and economic production plan.

• A strict supply chain management, process control and comply with contracts to make product delivery on time.

• Provide the customs clearance documents which is required by customers.

After-sales service

• Provide the documents of machine installation, operation and maintenance and circuit diagram, machine operating videos, and assist to set up a service program.

• We always have packing machines in our factory, we can do the training by video call anytime.

• Tiancheng Machinery will provide service and original spare parts supply for all products in their lifetime as a promise.
